The Shears Foundation

Grants of between £2750 and £5750 for registered charities working in one of their priority areas:
Culture and the arts, educational opportunities for adults and / or children, protection, preservation or enhancement of the natural environment, stronger / better / more sustainable communities, promoting health and medicine, with an emphasis on research or education, but not hospices.

They hold a priority to north of England and will fund core costs.

Applications are considered quarterly, with the next deadlines being 31st August 2024, 30th November 2024, 28th February 2025.
