Jo Mcgrath
As Chief Executive of Sector3, Jo McGrath leads the organisation's mission to elevate the voice of the voluntary, charity, faith and social enterprise sector. With over two decades of experience in the field, Jo brings expertise in community development and strategic leadership. Her deep understanding of the sector's importance enables her to effectively advocate for its recognition and support.

Vicky Bloomfield
As Chief Operating Officer for Sector3, Vicky manages our team of Department Lead's in ensuring Stockport’s VCFSE sector get the best value from their local infrastructure organisation. In developing stronger reporting mechanisms we can now help the VCFSE sector identify key milestones, show impact and inform on areas such as funding, campaigns and gaps in service. All aligning with the three key areas of Stockport’s VCFSE strategy.
Other key areas of Vicky’s role include managing change, managing contracts and stakeholder engagement.

Clare Finch
Clare is Stockport’s Volunteer Hub Lead, raising awareness of the importance of Volunteers within Stockport and supporting VCSFE’s with policies and procedures, recruitment and retention of volunteers.

Sophie Cochrane Powell
Sophie is the Violence Reduction Alliance Facilitator for Stockport. She is part of the community-led programme in which the Violence Reduction Unit works closely with communities to understand the strengths, challenges and needs of the community and determine how local investments will be made.
When communities are affected by violence the key to sustainable solutions can often be found by speaking to local residents about the underlying causes of crime, working with rather than deciding for them. Sophie will be available in a community, working in a place-based way to understand priorities and co-design services with local people that will benefit their community.

Charlotte Chilvers
Charlotte is the Family Hub VCFSE Engagement Lead at Sector3. Family Hubs act as a ‘one stop shop’ of multi-agency help, bringing together support services, organisations, groups, and community offers across Stockport.
Charlotte works with VCFSE groups to help support and improve family services, build capacity, and access funding. Overall, she aims to strengthen the relationship between public sector services and the VCFSE sector.

Kaylie Chapman
Kaylie has joined the team as Senior Funding Development Lead, to help increase investment coming into Stockport’s Voluntary & Community sector.
Kaylie will spend 50% of her time supporting R Time Youth Network members and the other 50% with the wider Voluntary & Community sector in supporting organisations with the skills to write successful funding bids.

John Clarke
John has joined the team as Communities Inclusion Lead. His role is to ensure voluntary & community organisations aross Stockport are well supported and well connected, in turn building on the strengths of all our communities so our sector can be as resilient as possible.
He has many years' experience working in education, advocacy, community theatre, business support and advice with a key passion for equity, diversity and inclusion.

Laura Bowers
Laura looks after Sector3’s Marketing and Communications, raising awareness of the importance and immense value of Stockport’s VCFSE sector as well as sharing key information and resources.
Laura is available to support you with any marketing challenges and queries you may have and can conduct a Marketing & Communications Health Check with you on request (if you are a Sector3 member).

Becca Drage
Becca is the Operations and Finance Lead at Sector 3, supporting operations within the team, along with leading upcoming projects and events.
Becca is first point of contact for most of Sector 3’s new enquiries and can assist with any general questions you may have. She is also the best person to send any invoices and accounts queries to.

Evie Coley-Stott
Evie is Sector 3's Volunteer Hub Apprentice.
Evie started volunteering with a local social enterprise after joining their youth alliance programme, which then led into paid work. Since then, she has been able to expand her knowledge of the VCFSE sector and the different organisations within Stockport.
Evie is looking forward to seeing where this apprenticeship will lead in the future.
