A free, 3-hour in-person workshop facilitated by Sense Active – covering how to:
Develop a meaningful approach to making sport accessible.
Achieve effective communication and engagement with participants.
Prepare, deliver and evaluate inclusive sport activities.
They are keen to offer places to clubs, coaches and organisations who are committed to using the learnings to develop their provision for people with complex disabilities.
Sense will be on hand to support your journey post-workshop, with continued guidance, resources, and access to best practice sharing with other coaches.
Who is this workshop suitable for?
This workshop is for sports and physical activity coaches and instructors who:
currently deliver inclusive activities, and would like to know more about working with people with complex disabilities, and
those who do not yet deliver inclusive activities, but would like know more about getting started.
