Family Hubs Learning Circle

  • Merseyway Innovation Centre 21-23 Merseyway Stockport, England, SK1 1PN United Kingdom (map)

This learning circle will provide you with a good understanding of why we have Family Hubs in Stockport, what they are and how they bring together universal and early help services alongside community groups to provide a single point of access to a ‘one stop shop’ of information, help and support.

After a year of Family Hub Network launches, join this event to find out why its “not just about buildings”, what the outreach model and “Family Hubs Bridges” are all about and get an introduction to the Family Hubs Website. This session is a great introduction to Family Hubs and asks you what your role could be in developing integrated networks and services to drive better outcomes for Children and Families in Stockport.

This is a free, online meeting - register your attendance here.
