Together with Stockport Council, Healthwatch Stockport are hosting a
‘Making it Real’ Conference.

Those who join will have the opportunity to hear the results of their research into people's experiences of adult social care in Stockport. They’ll be shining the spotlight on the Making it Real Board and how the local community is working in partnership with the council to shape the future of social care.
