Turn Up the Value specialises in supporting social enterprises to identify and report on their social impact. This one day training programme blends Director Karen Smith’s experience and expertise with a tried and tested social accounting methodology to help your organisation measure what matters. You will discover how to use data to manage your performance, and explore communicating the difference you make in an impactful way.

This session will include:
· Reflecting on organisational vision, mission and values and how these relate to social impact
· Identifying impact objectives
· Mapping outputs, outcomes and impact
· Conducting a stakeholder analysis
· Identifying indicators
· Exploring tools for consulting stakeholders
· Gathering, collating and analysing data
· Writing meaningful case studies
· Social Impact Reporting

The session will allow plenty of opportunity for group discussion and peer learning and we build in time for practical work to get you started on your impact journey.
