You are invited to the third Neighbourhoods and Prevention Programme Workshop to take place 30th October 0900-1200 venue TBC. 

This will be an interactive and informative discussion for colleagues to participate in and work as One Stockport to continue to develop neighbourhood working to deliver One Stockport Neighbourhood Model, a vibrant place for people to live and work, connected communities for people to prosper and integrated health and care services to support people to remain healthy and happy.

The previous workshops have focused on planning for the future.  Between the previous workshops and now, great progress has been made and there are plans in place for each of the four pillars of the programme.

We are now in the delivery phase of those four pillars and Stockport needs you to shape that delivery!
