Stockport Wellbeing Hub open day

The Wellbeing Service has been jointly commissioned by Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and HM Prison and Probation service (HMPPS) to work in the community with people on probation to help them meet their goals and aspirations.

The service is a partnership led by The Big Life Group comprising of 11 local Greater Manchester organisations. Their mission is to make sure that people have all the tools, information and support they need while on probation.

Foundation 92 delivers the Wellbeing Hub for people on probation in Stockport  to support and motivate them to make positive changes to a wide range of areas in their life using different interventions.

Stockport’s Wellbeing Hub is located at Beckwith House, Floor 8, 1-13 Wellington Road North, SK4 1AF.

All referrals to the Hub are made via a probation officer.
